The goal of this workshop is to raise awareness on employers’ legal responsibilities in managing people. Provide advice on how to develop HR policies to ensure compliance with employment legislations.
We will discuss about what you should know about hiring your first set of employees: why, who, how, and when do you need to hire people.
Employees and job seekers can also learn about their rights and responsibilities as they related to the workplace: working conditions, minimum wage, hours of work, breaks, training, etc.
